Foiling Freaks Merchandise Shipping Policy

This policy explains how shipping, order processing, tracking, delivery estimates, and common shipping issues are handled for items sold on the Foiling Freaks website. Because our catalog includes custom-built products and made-to-order merchandise fulfilled by different partners, shipping times and methods vary by product type and destination.

Overview

Foiling Freaks currently ships products in three fulfillment classes:

  • Nut Buster 3000 - self-fulfilled by Foiling Freaks and custom fabricated to order.
  • Printful products - stickers and beach towels, produced and shipped on demand by Printful.
  • Gelato products - hats, cups, mugs, shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and calendars, produced and shipped on demand by Gelato.

Shipping methods, production times, carrier options, and final delivery estimates depend on the product type, destination, order contents, and fulfillment partner handling the item. Orders containing products from more than one fulfillment class may ship separately and may arrive in multiple packages.

Shipping Charges and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery timing are shown during checkout before you submit payment. Shipping charges are based on factors such as destination, carrier, package size, order contents, and fulfillment partner.

Delivery estimates are estimates only, not guaranteed arrival dates. Processing time begins after your order is successfully placed and payment is accepted. Transit time begins after the package is handed to the shipping carrier.

Nut Buster 3000 Shipping Policy

Self-fulfilled custom fabrication

Nut Buster 3000 products are custom-fabricated to order and are not kept in stock.

Production lead time

Please allow up to 2 months for fabrication and order preparation before shipment. Some orders may ship sooner, but the stated production window for these products is up to 2 months.

Transit time after shipment

Once a Nut Buster 3000 order leaves our facility, delivery time depends on the carrier, shipping method selected, and destination. Any shipping estimate shown at checkout is separate from the fabrication lead time above unless we clearly state otherwise.

Printful Shipping Policy

Products fulfilled by Printful

Printful fulfills Foiling Freaks stickers and beach towels.

Made to order

Printful items are produced on demand after you place your order. Production and shipping timing can vary based on product type, destination, seasonal volume, and carrier performance.

Gelato Shipping Policy

Products fulfilled by Gelato

Gelato fulfills Foiling Freaks hats, cups, mugs, shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and calendars.

Made to order

Gelato items are produced on demand after you place your order. Production and shipping timing can vary based on product type, destination, local production availability, seasonal volume, and carrier performance.

Checkout estimates

The shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery dates displayed during checkout are the shipping terms that apply to your order at the time it is placed.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, our fulfillment partner or we will send shipment confirmation and tracking information after the order has been produced and handed to the carrier. If an order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers.

Address Problems and Returned Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is delayed, returned, or not delivered due to an incorrect address, insufficient address details, delivery refusal, or an unclaimed shipment, additional shipping charges or a replacement order may be required before the item can be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Carrier delays can happen, especially during peak seasons, weather events, or international transit. If your tracking stops moving for an extended period, your package appears lost, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support [at] foilingfreaks [dot] com or through the Contact Us page.

  • Photos of any shipping damage, if applicable

For Printful- and Gelato-fulfilled items, some shipping- and quality-related claims have time limits, often within 30 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date.

International Shipping

Foiling Freaks may ship internationally on eligible products and destinations. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and carrier. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other country-specific charges are generally not included unless they are specifically shown during checkout, and those charges are the customer's responsibility where applicable.
