Description

Meet the accessory you should never, ever need to replace.

The Nut Buster 3000 Handlebar Kit is the complete handlebar assembly for your Nut Buster 3000; built for riders who somehow found themselves staring at a handlebar and thinking:

“Well… that was not supposed to happen.”

Under normal use, this kit is borderline indestructible. In fact, if you genuinely need a complete replacement, we’re less concerned about the product and more curious about the story behind it.

What we do know is this: these parts are designed to outlast your crashes, your learning curve, and possibly your friendships.

What’s in the kit

  • Scooter Handlebar – The business end. The steering, bracing, “please don’t nut-bust me today” control center.
  • Grips – For holding on while your life choices flash before your eyes. Comfortable, secure, and ready for wet hands and questionable decisions.
  • Mounting Connector – The only really custom part of the system is its structural heart. This ties the handlebar assembly into a single, solid unit, ready to bolt onto the “board”.
  • Clamp – Locks the bar to the connector so your handlebars don’t develop “independent ideas.”

Not included

The nuts and bolts that mount to the Nut Buster plate. For those, see the separate Nut Buster 3000 Hardware Kit.

How it “works.”

  • Attach it.
  • Tighten it.
  • Ride.
  • Crash.
  • Repeat.

That’s it. No mystery.

Why you (probably) don’t need it

Because under any normal riding conditions, these parts shouldn’t break. Usually, if something gives, it’s the environment, the board, or the rider.

If you do need this kit, it likely means:

  • You want a complete spare assembly, or
  • You experienced a truly epic incident

Either way, we’ve got you covered.

Important note

This is a complete handlebar assembly replacement, not a parts-bin menu. If you’re hoping to buy just one piece, that’s not how this system is sold.

If you managed to destroy your original handlebars during everyday use, please get in touch with us. Not for warranty – we want to hear the story.

Colors may vary from the images.

Grip colors match anodizing colors (black grips used with non-anodized option).

Built tough.
Ridden hard.
Almost impossible to break – but there is always that one person.

Some parts may vary from the product shots (clamps, grips, bar) if we have to use a different brand.

For the rare moments when reality exceeds design expectations.

Order Fulfillment

If you’re looking for “expedited,” you are in the wrong place

Around here, fulfillment runs on Notorious D.C. Time. When an order comes in, we’ve gotta check with D.C. to see when he can fabricate your part, and he’s usually armpit-deep in a car restoration when the message hits. If you want anodizing, that’s an extra adventure lining up a shop that’ll do a small job: the part is forged in his lair, shipped out for its shiny armor upgrade, and returns ready for action.

Translation: don’t be in a rush. Lead times can be weeks for a single part, and a complete kit can take a month or two, depending on the build queue and finishing steps. If you were under the impression that these are stamped out on a Chinese factory assembly line or that there are boxes of spare parts lying around, you would be sadly mistaken. The upside? You’re getting custom-made gear, not mass-produced mystery metal.
