Description
Before foiling had “disciplines,” and there were only two cliques. There was Pinto, the old dog of foiling, who kept tinkering until flight finally felt right. Kneeboards with foils were brutal, and dual hydrofoil skis were insanely awkward, so he chased a smoother answer: a sitdown hydrofoil that could lift clean and stay stable. He assembled parts, tested wing shapes and mast stiffness, adjusted seat height, and broke enough prototypes to fill a junk pile, all to build what became the Air Chair and Sky Ski style of riding, which feels like a true floating runway.
Pinto did not treat it like a secret invention. He showed up, tossed the rope, and told the crew to try this new sitdown hydrofoil concept behind the boat. When he rode, everything went quiet: a clean launch, smooth trim, and a carve so calm it looked unreal for a tow sport. That is when the monsters realized this was not a gimmick; it was a new sport, with its own feel, its own learning curve, and a plethora of airborne tricks.
These days, Pinto still rides old school, still loves that seated glide, and still makes tow behind boat foiling look effortless. He is patient with beginners, respectful of every variation that came after, and quietly proud that his early experiments helped spark a whole family tree of sitdown foiling and modern hydrofoiling. When someone shows up with loud opinions, Pinto just takes a set on a hydrofoil skyski, draws a perfect line, and reminds everyone where the roots began. His motto stays simple: build it, break it, fix it, fly it.
These Kiss-Cut Stickers can be cut in any shape you want, while also leaving a wide enough border around your design for smooth peeling. What’s more, there are no order minimums, so you can get a single sticker or a whole bunch—the world of stickers is your oyster. High opacity film that’s impossible to see through. Durable vinyl. 95µ thickness. Fast and easy bubble-free application. Blank product sourced from Japan.
Follow these tips when applying stickers: Apply the sticker to a clean, dust-free, oil-free, and moisture-free surface. After application, press the sticker down with a clean cloth to maximize the sticker’s ability to stick to the surface and avoid air bubbles. Make sure that the sticker is applied correctly the first time. With every reapplication, the sticker’s ability to stick will decrease. Apply the sticker to a flat surface only. If applied on items that bend, are round, or in a cylinder form, we can’t guarantee its ability to hold.
Disclaimer: Please note that the sticker paper is white and a transparent background isn’t possible. This product is made on demand. No minimums.
